When holding an Medicare educational event--where can I get BRCs from or will I need a PTC form only to distribute to attendees (can I just create these myself)?

I just have my contact information at the end of the presentation and my business cards available for anyone who would like. If the information in the education event is valuable to them, they will reach out.
