Well, as far as my region of the country - South West area , I close about 5% of FB leads. 45% telemarketed and dm.

I have heard similar complaints from agents about Cody and his leads.

However, I completely disagree about Facebook leads. Agents who work them can do quite well. While not all vendors are the same, often the real issue is the agent and not the leads.

I close everyone that can afford it. I have yet to see the FB leads compare. I will probably start a company that sells FB leads since there are agents that want them, and believe they are so effective. I prefer to sell them along with my telemarketed leads; this is how I can maximize profits and do what's best for others 1st.
