New York. Not really "aborting" after birth. But the Reproductive Health Act passed last year, in removing restrictions on late term abortions, also removed protections for babies who survive the abortion, and are born alive. The doctor can now just leave them to die.

But are they actually doing it? I don't think so and I don't think it will happen. Those Acts that were passed were passed as a political thing, not to actually "act" on it.
