In my neck of the woods they call that "breaking and entering". I know everything is a lot different in CA but do they permit agents to do that?

I wish you all the luck in the world. However, with a debit company background I feel that you know how to make your own "luck".
If I were building a team, you would be at the top of my list.
The thing I like with the debit business is you have somewhere to go everyday. You are constantly in front of people, and in front of your current customers. These are some of the most important factors in being successful in the insurance business. I have worked in other areas of the industry also. Each to their own.
