Decline for admin

Prob was declined for another foresters product, or has to many foresters lapses.

He's been my client for 8 years. When I signed him up for his one and only FE product. It's still active.
But it is with Foresters. Could that be the reason? It's with the same company. I didn't think you could just add on. But it had to be underwritten

You said he's 82. The maximum for ages 81-85 is $15,000. I'll bet that's your problem Whatever you wrote him must have put him over the limit.

Write him with another company.

Nope. I've already said it was around $3,500

What I think @goillini52 means (and I may be very wrong) is that the max exposure Foresters will allow for 81 to 85 is $15,000 in aggregate. If your original FE policy with Foresters is still in force, and if the death benefit of the original policy + the $3500 death benefit of the additional policy is more than $15,000 combined, that would be the reason for the decline. So you would need to write the additional policy with a different carrier.

Does the combined death benefit of the two policies exceed $15,000? If so, you have your answer - that is, if I am reading correctly what monkey man says.

Yes, that's exactly what I was trying to say...is the total Face Amount between the 2 policies over $15,000.

Nope. First policy was $2k lol
Then that's not it...plenty of room to spare. It's probably like somebody said, a problem with licensing or something. Do they have a copy of your current license.

Has your upline's hierarchy changed? That happened to me and I found out by accident that when a hierarchy changes, the agents are automatically terminated. I wasn't even notified. Maybe it's something like that and you'll need to recontract with another FMO.

Nope it's still your buddy Chris. It says so on the portal.
Licensing shouldn't be an issue either.

I'm thinking it's what the letter said. They never received a payment. I send in the voided check but maybe it didn't get received
