How did you answer the question in regards to currently having life insurance?

I'll have to look at it but I'm near positive I put he does have coverage but it's not being replaced. I'll check it tomorrow.

Why move on when It could be something simple? He is just waiting for them to open so he can find out what is going on...

Yeah I'm not a big FE guy. And this is a past client. No reason to move on. I just need them to open. It might be something super easy and I can resubmit it. It's an easy +$700 if I figure it out

Got an answer.
Well, during the phone review, a question was asked to my client and his wife just blurted out "yes". The interviewer said that he has to answer, obviously, but I didn't know it's an auto decline for that.
And he can no longer apply for Foresters. Oh well.

Yeah, you really have to know your companies on that. I'm kind of surprised though, a good interviewer should have asked her to let him answer and then asked the question to him again. You probably should have jumped in to keep it on track.

If Foresters only uses Apptical thats to be expected. Im sure the interviewer marked the answer as "yes" and kept moving.
The problem is that this answer will be register with the MIB and could decline him for future insurance too.
I cant stand apptical, they are the absolute worse for POS interviews. EMSI or DIMA are much better.
