Thanks for your response, you cleared some things up.
When I say "nothing new", I mean in terms of any sales CRM, not specific to a FE sales CRM.
You're right, there's no other FE CRM that can do everything that your CRM can do, but there are many CRMs that can do all the things yours can do regarding leads, texts, emails, automations, etc. That's been around for years. That was my point.
Tracking a lead from the point of click to sale can also be done.
All of the extra things sound well and good. I don't know how important they are to moving a prospect from a lead to a sale though.
It's your custom CRM so you can add as much to it as you want. That's your USP to agents. That's why you're not just offering a customized version of VanillaSoft (which I believe you used to, or at least told others how to customize it as an agent).
But it's like Shopify adding another feature to the platform that may not be needed.
What's needed is marketing --> leads --> efficiently follow up using CRM --> sales.
Yes, there's value in having all of this on one platform. Like I said in another post, your goal seems to be to create an all-in-one platform for tele-sales.
Similar to Shopify and other all-in-one platforms for ecommerce.
Again, though, having a quoter open next to another CRM on your screen, with the underwriting info also open (perhaps on another screen), etc. is not that cumbersome.
But sure, having it all in one contained platform is useful.
Regarding Shaken/Stirs, spoofing a local number will not be done anymore.
It's unclear what the final result will be.
However, I wouldn't be surprised if there's regulation that requires you (caller) to require the prospect to check a box on the opt-in form agreeing to be called back by xxx number. And then you must only call back the person from xxx number to be compliant (for congruency).
Cold-call telemarketing might be go away completely, which is already not allowed anyway according to the TCPA, at least if using auto dialing.

I hope we don't get to the point where you can't call someone unless that person has approved your number in the first place, like in some national database.
Where you have your family, friends, bank, insurance company, etc. all approved. But anyone else must get approval first somehow.
That would be a problem unless there's a simple way to get approval from the person, perhaps through text or email or checking a box on the form (which is linked to the database).
Too many agents sell on price. For example, a common rate presentation for FE telesales is presenting 3 rates and having the prospect pick - that's selling on price. The core concept we train on in onboarding is 'Big Check vs Little Check'. We focus on the death benefit throughout the script, never the price and we increase average premiums/agent profitability significantly by doing so.
What they do is, you insert one monies, and out comes three of four moniesI'm still confused as to what they do exactly. But hell let me jump on board they are great guys, but then again they paid me to say this.

They are like Tom Brady, they know how to win!
