Anyone know if UHL does a PHI on their guaranteed WL?

UHL will do PHI for guaranteed issue because you cannot apply for GI. You must apply for aEIWL, Deluxe or Premier, and then, based on the PHI, MIB, and Rx, UHL will make a counter offer of GI if appropriate.

Great Western will work. It will probably be ROP+ as the seizure disorder would likely trigger a yes to question three. I will see if I have an email-able app and if so I will email it to you, along with the agent guide.

Are seizures the only problem besides the PHI? Sentinel should be ok at Level. I had them let a spouse help her husband answer the questions because he couldn't read and couldn't remember #'s so he couldn't tell them his address, phone #, etc..

I don't think so. I think the only health problem is seizures. The person can't do a PHI without help...that's the big problem.
