EFES Newbie

FEXcontracting.com offers all the same training EFES can, with higher commission levels.

One major issue I had with EFES's "training" is that a new agent would come on after being a Lincoln Heritage agent for 5 years. So his first month he does 20K. It's a new name on the leader board and all EFES agents want to hear what this new persons secret is. So to make the agents happy they let this new guy speak on a national call to share is secrets.

The reality is this "guy" as only received very few leads and that his production was him simply rolling 5 years worth of his old business. Then a month later he has vanished from the leader board all together. However, for that one month he was a Final Expense Jesus....

This scenario has happened many, many times.

I want to hear agents that have success selling from the leads, not rolling business.

your going to find those guys wherever you go that roll their blocks... heck i did a few when i joined efes because i put my clients in a better situation with the old RNA rates... not like you didn't do the same

i personally believe the efes training is elite training. the plug and learns and the national calls are very valuable to me. i like that i can interact with agents all over the country. not sure you can blame them for that

you are singing a different tune than u usually do

Poser, this is where insurance agents hang out. Don't ever reply to one of my post again or I will embarrass you publicly.

Hoosier, is FexContracting a good option for someone who lives in Iowa? Or, does it even matter where someone is at? I still need to get my license, but I'm starting early on my research. I know I'll need training, in order to succeed. Thanks.

Iowa, you are either going to work with someone local that will give you the contracts you want with hands on training....or go with an mo that covers most states.....

Absolutely Iowa is a great state for FE... But it really it doesn't matter where you live for the most part. There are many successful agents from CA to NJ. Just depends how hard the agent wants to work, and if willing to sell out and make selling FE their profession.

Why do you say you have to be willing to sell out in order to make selling FE your profession?
