I have to admit I haven't worked the new enhanced leads after a not so great experience with the steve leads.I will try the new enchanced leads soon. But I have to say I did use income filters but I really saw no difference in the type of client. The problem I've seen is its very had to use tm in specific zip codes as theres just not enough people on the dnc thus as many have said you must work very wide areas.I will always use tm leads to fill in dm leads.

Based on what I'm seeing, if you are sufficiently happy with 20 leads a week, then you shouldn't have fulfillment problems getting the order completed within 7 days of submitting the lead form to Thad's office.

So between you and Indiana that's bearable. Thanks.

Thad, pay up. What was the latest number of free leads for kissing up? 5? Lol
Thanks again guys.

How far do you typically have to travel to do TM leads if you're doing face to face? Could I work all year long going a half hour to an hour around my home in any direction of I'm working 30 TM leads as a primary source?

As Thad acknowledged, December was a horrible month. However, by the 2nd week of January, the flow was back to normal. In fact, I had to tell them to slow down because I looked in my inbox and found 30 leads in one day.

It's all area specific. In some areas, I'd imagine you'd have to order from counties a little further from your home.

Trial and error as with all leads and area always plays a role as does weather conditions sometimes. 30 in a day? BOOM! That was no doubt a good day huh? Thanks again for all the feedback guys.

I'd say that depends on where you live. You obviously couldn't do that in Montana.;)

Right, lol obviously it matters with the area. But it wouldn't be unheard of to generate that many TM leads a week in an hour radius of your home right?

It depends on the population. I have worked with in an hour of my house for the last two years using mostly TM leads. The problem is some weeks you'll get your lead order filled on time. Some week you won't. It's hard for a telemarketing company to know exactly when you need to move on to a new area. And if you don't have leads you don't make sales.

There's a reason why direct mail is the primary way to get FE leads. If I had started off that way it would've been much easier to supplement the direct-mail with telemarketing. But now I have called through these counties so many times that the area has been overworked. You get a lot of repeat time wasters. You get those with direct mail as well, but when you're getting a lead order filled rather than buying direct mail per 1000, those repeats cut into your bottom line. I used to be able to get 30 to 40 leads a week working a single county, but now I'm having to work 2 1/2 counties to get 15 to 20 a week.

I've tried the enhanced leads, but they require more population in territory than the plain Jane or simple Steve leads, so currently I'm using plain Jane just because I don't want to be traveling over five counties.

For Thad: I know you have a new person that listens to all the leads and emails them out the next day. But you used to email them the same day they were developed. Is there anyway we could go back to that?
