Equita Final Expense

If JD and Travis are telling you one thing and Shannon is telling you another, somebody's either wrong or they are lying to you. Who do you suppose it is? I'll let you come to your own conclusions.

But as for me, once someone lies to me, that's all it takes for me to know what they are about. Yes, my experience has been different than yours.

Hes not lying or wrong. I was there & got the email from the 1st credit I did receive from EFES....so hows he lying/wrong? Its what WE were told. They gave me credit but then sent me their "credit guidelines" and said from now on they would not credit this. thats was maybe 9mos ago. Since then, Ive received 2-3 more leads under 50, and tried to get credit & was denied, then I stopped trying.

What incentive would there be for him to lie about that to get me credit, esp considering he did the 1st time? Maybe you dont like him, but Ive had several direct dealings with him, been told a lot directly from him...and have not found 1 thing that seemed wrong or fishy or a flat out lie at all!

I can't imagine that Shannon would lie about anything. Might be wrong on some things, but dishonest? I don't think so.

Okay then, take Travis' advise and let him know about the next one and see if he can get something done for you.

Todd thanks for the kind words, and the feelings are mutual. Jimmy I still consider you part of our special group even though you're off doing your own thing.

TDF, you agreed to give up a percentage of your commission to have a set price for Final Expense leads. They (EFES) takes all risk with returns and agree to provide you with X amount of FE leads each week. That was the agreement and the draw to join EFES.

I have had this talk with them before, if they get a lead card back from someone under 50 that is on them. I'm not buying that lead. That was not part of the deal, nor the market I work in. That is a problem between EFES and the vender where they purchase address from. Under 50 should have never been included on the list of address they purchased and never been mailed a lead card in the first place.

Does the prospect fill our the card before they return it? Perhaps it was mailed to someone over age 50 and they returned it in someone eles's name to "help" them?

It's a good ol' boy network- secret handshake, that kinda stuff..EFES, Securus- they're all the same- If you been with them from the start or a majority of the time- you'll get treated better than a rook or a newb- just the way it goes-

I use to work for a carpet cleaning company outta high school- they'd give all the big ticket orders to the pet techs and the shitty crappy small order that were 100 miles away to the new guys.. it's how it is

If you're unhappy- go tell whatever "Lead" company you work for, and thats what they really are.. "A lead" company jamming you for 30% of your commission and then charge you for their mistakes.. Give them the finger and thell them to go F themselves- You can get 105-115% contracts and buy your own leads or manufacture them yourselves

I get e-mails from EFES all the time, telling me they now have tele leads for $20 and to hurry!! pppbbsst.. at what 90% contract?

I can get 115% contracts and get tele leads for $18

I had Securus call me and wanted me to talk to some kid close by that was my potential manager.. lol.. seriously? This kid's gonna teach me what?

Man I been doing this sh*t since 1999.. I'm not answering to anybody in this business that has less time in this field than I do..

Yes indeed!
If anybody believes that there is not some cherry picking going on is crazy. And the thing is there is cherry picking going on before the fmo gets the leads. So by the time the agent gets his leads he has been picked for a couple of sales. Oh yes...they can tell who is a serious prospect, they have been doing this for decades, who are we kidding here?
One other thing is we have to trust they mailed all the pieces, this alone cuts into their profits, if they cut each order by 20% they fatten their bottom line.

AT EFES you are paying per lead, so if they are dropping less mail that is on them, not the agent. They do their own mail, unlike Securus. If you are an agent like JD and they cut the mail, they cut their throats because of how much he produces. For some this makes sense, but not for Equitas model.

This is all well and good. However the more hands that touch the leads the greater the chances are for shenanigans. It could be a secretary in the office feeding a relative working for another company. When one lead can be worth $500 or more the temptation is very real.
