Experience with Senior Life ?

They posted the most aggressive compensation plan in the final expensive industry yesterday. Maybe some of the SL guys have more info about it?

Here is the criteria for qualifying for Senior Life's "most aggressive compensation plan in the final expense industry", beginning January 1, 2021. As you can see, this is why I predicted that no one representing them, including Greg aka theinsuranceman, would comment on your post or dramatic video! Hope it's legible.

Lol so Greg's been bsing all talking big commission #'s . So street with 90% of CO's is 120% . To get that with senior life you have to be doing $1.5 million !!!! Wow wow wow . So the truth is when Greg's been talking how great SL is he's avoided talking about commission levels and now we know why !!! The truth came out

I seem to recall that you're with Lincoln Heritage. Is that correct? If so, how would LH compare to SL on some of these points that others have pointed out, especially the last couple posts from @titeye ?

I'm not meaning to pick, but LH seems to have a similar reputation on these forums, and I've been told that SL was originally just a clone of LH.

My personal opinion is that while there are points that would be negative for me, both companies fill a particular niche in the industry. There are many agents who are just better served in that environment. Many, who would certainly fail trying to work as independents, are often very successful working within a captive system.

100% agree . I have her girl now with Ail . Makes 65% and free leads . She sells on zoom in younger mkt . She likes having comradre and office to go to now and then . But she'd fail in fe as she couldn't handle the lead cost or the crazy people we deal with . She's better off there

Disagree

She would be better off selling at 100% (min) and buying friends with the extra 35%

You can agree to disagree but at this pt in her career she doesn't have the money to buy leads . She needs an office structure for now . In a yr once she knows she can make it and has a little money saved I'll pay part of her lead cost for a nice overide .

No, I have never been with LH. I simply learned to do my own homework.
Newby said something profound the other day concerning a post relating to 200% commission levels, if my memory is correct. He said something to the effect that 94% of what you hear from people in this business is total BS; and, you won't last long if you continue believing everything you hear. In other words, you're only getting 6% of the truth. I discovered this to be the case mostly with recruiting agents and agencies. Therefore, I feel it is my responsibility to perform my own due diligence.
When I joined this forum, I thought it was intended for agents to help one another. To my dismay, I find a lot of people attempting to deceive and harm others for their own selfish interests. In effort to protect the image of my profession, I respond to posts with facts that were conveniently omitted by those who joined this site with less than genuine motives; particularly those whose primary purpose is to recruit agents or market their products and services. Although my presentation may oftentimes seem negative on the poster and may not win a lot of friends, my intent is to help others in the forum avoid making similar mistakes that I made. To that end, I believe the full and complete story is both necessary and relevant in order for one to make an informed decision.
Both LH and SL have a right to operate in the FE industry. I don't have a problem with how either has chosen to grow their business and maintain profitability. The only problem I will ever have is when representatives intentionally mislead agents, even if its only by omitting important facts, that could have a major impact on someone's career.
After watching this dramatic video on youtube, which does not discuss the guidelines to qualifying, I took the liberty to read some of the comments from viewers. What I found disturbing is how SL responded to those questions, knowing full well the general public is not privy to the guidelines for qualifying. As I typically end my posts, don't take my word for it. Read the comments for yourself and draw your own conclusion.

I agree with you about some recruiters having a predilection for BS, and doing your own research. But I was actually addressing the question to @GMDM100k, hoping he might respond to your points about SL with how LH might compare (provided that I'm correct about him working with them).
