Fex Contracting or the Insurance Squad

Maybe you should watch the video before you make a comment. I've had a ton of people call me from that video because I talk about stuff that I had to spend tens of thousands to learn.

Enough time wasted on a troll like you. ✌️

Why would I be surprised that there's other people that can relate and also don't know what they're looking at? If you found another way, or market, then of course that's great, I wouldn't wish any ill will.

somebody got their Cheerios pissed on!

IMO, the differences are very minor between mentioning insurance and affordable in the lead card. I have worked them both ways. I almost prefer that they don't mention insurance. Its a toss of the coin. One way you get a few people asking for insurance, which is obviously a good thing. It is true a few people think it is free, but that doesn't mean they won't buy. I prefer to have more people interested in receiving information on how to handle burial expenses. By mentioning insurance you might turn some buyers off.

How has your schedule changed now that you find yourself doing less calling for appointments and more door knocking in order to get in front of your prospects?

IMOs would rather use the high response cards and make more per lead.

we use the lowest return rate card in the industry... some your statement is true with most of the successful IMO's your statement is false

How bout we place a bet then? Since you're so sure!!!

I will live stream on YouTube for 1 hour in front of a Starbucks asking everyone if they'd like more info on affordable life Insurance. If they say no I will NOT rebuttal or pressure. That way I only find the ones who are truly interested.

You choose the time so we all know it's a fresh shot.

I will post the link in a new thread a week ahead of time.

I will guarantee that I will get at least 2 people in that hour that are interested enough to give me their phone number to follow up.

You willing to take that bet publicly? Can I get my Amazon Echo that "Americo" owes me if I win??

first off i think this is a fantastic idea to prove your way... doing it for one hour doesn't interest me at all because that can be staged... lets see you do it for an entire week... get all your prospects and then see what you close... if you can do that successfully i will retract what i said...

as for your echo i will be with the president and CMO of Americo tomorrow PM me your agent code and i will have them look up if you qualified... if you did i am sure they will send it to you... americo has never not paid a bonus when the agent qualifies...

We don't use a lead program (we only refer out) and we certainly don't profit from the leads that our agents buy. With that being said, we advise agents to buy DM leads simply because it is the #1 way that FE is sold. It is tried and true and I don't think you or anybody else can argue that with any logical sense.

What organizations are making 3-6 dollars per lead on agents?
All of them. Filters raise the response rate, too. But they'll charge more for filters.

1. Why else would some IMOs own their own lead house. Why would the ones that dont own the lead house white label their DM program with companies like RGI... & have the risk of having to pay for 3 weeks of leads if the agent runs off?

That's a lot of headache to go through to not make any profits.

2. FB leads cost $3-$7 each to generate for a straightforward wording ad & IMOs charge $20-25 per lead. So are they only making money off FB leads and not DM? Unlikely.

3. Ask all the IMOs on this site for their prices + lead cards. Why is the price different with everyone? One IMO that has posted on this thread is $9 per lead more expensive than another... & it's the same exact card I'm referencing. Add on filters and they make even more.

I would be willing to bet that IMOs make more money on leads than they do overrides on the majority of the average to low producing agents. Profits on the overrides from top producers are a different story... but y'all know how scarce that is.

Now if I go missing after posting this you guys know why... LOL
