Selling term over the phone has been around a long long time, at least in the brokerage business. The idea is to do it for a few years and build up a large client base which now gives you a seat at the table for their other assets.

I initially posted 4 testimonials I got from agents on Thursday after my "virtual ride along" where I showed them exactly how to do it... & trust me they were BLOWN THE HECK AWAY...but decided it's not worth the 71 page debate that would follow... made that mistake 2 years ago when i posted a testimonial of one of my agents getting a 24X ROI off of my Facebook leads. Everyone said I was a FOS marketer because "all internet leads are garbage" & "FE people don't have Facebook".

Today FB leads are arguably more popular with agents than Direct Mail... & I still haven't gotten a single apology. LOL.

Sometimes being first means being unreasonable! Keep pushing the envelope dude!

Just for clarification, are you saying that they are just liked more by the agent or are you saying that FB leads now outnumber mailers for FE?

I started guaranteeing the "10x ROI or your money back" after beating my head against the wall trying to convince agents that not all internet leads are junk. What's hilarious is I NEVER had to refund a single agent.

Also, I didn't say I was the first. But They were so new I even had my upline at the time tell me to terminate all agents that I had on only FB leads because "internet leads are horrible, nothing will stay on the books!". THAT'S how new they were.

They're definitely liked more by agents.

& I would say the amount of consumer eye balls are higher on FE FB ads vs direct mail. Simply because you can show a FB ad to 50-100 people for the same cost as 1 mailer printed and stamped.

Same reason Blockbuster didn't buy Redbox for 1M when they had the chance. Small, complacent thinking.
