I think it's awesome how FEX has 2 agents that are unicorns. JD gets 10 leads weekly and does 250K and Jose gets 20 and does 350K. Seriously guys FEX has 2 unicorns in there agency they must have something going on.

Its an age old tried and true recruiting trick used by owners of agencies long before you or I were even born no doubt. The way the game works is you get some guy who looks like he could not tie his shoe and you work with with him constantly and feed him the best leads and gimme sales and pump him up. All the other agents and the whole planet see this absolute *** making a fortune and they say "Hey if he can do that I know I can do that." There ain't no greater recruiting tool for an agency then that guy.
