And I agree with you Hawk.
But also what about the agent training? I think a lot of the success of an agent comes from weather or not the person training him can teach. Explain things differently for different individuals in a way they can absorb and have them truly understand what your teaching...it needs to CLICK for them.
Not saying anyone here is a bad teacher. I'm saying that the trainer is also a huge percent of an agents success.
I would agree... however a good teacher also understands or learns his students limits.
Or should I say... often the limits that are self imposed. If you can get someone to see past themselves then you can create vision which can drive a person.
Then there are those who are self driven... you most likely fit this category.
But you must always remember you can't sell (or train) stupid.
That being said... most people don't learn when they can't trust the one doing the teaching. That's why it is important to level with folks and show them what is realistic and to be expected...
This is no cake walk for most new agents... the problem we all usually start out with is we think we understand... when we really don't fully understand ourselves...
