Yea I'm really surprised by this latest tactic by FEX. They don't seem to have a good idea on what they want to do.

First you've proven nothing except your ego. Your up line telling everyone your producer proves nothing they have a vested interest, your partners and buddies saying you're a producer also proves nothing, a dude who saw a spreadsheet also proves nothing, the only thing that has been shown as proof only proves you're on track to do about 160 grand this year.

Your lack of knowledge on how this business works as an agency owner has also been proven in your comments.

I'm honestly only trying to help. You can take it with a grain of salt, you can tell me to F off or take it as someone who's trying to actually help and give you a different perspective.

I appreciate the gesture if it is in good nature. but its like taking advice from a random guy on the street, so your resume is relevant just as I would not ask a Plummer to teach me carpentry. Then why are you here? 98% of us are random agents. You certainly are not here to help? You're certainly not here to take advice unless it's from someone you personally know which is not what the forum is about. So your motive is to recruit?

Sadly I guarantee everything I've said you find some sort of truth to but you're making excuses which is the sad part. This is your business and you're acting like you already know everything and you won't even take constructive criticism and real advice is going to help your future this doesn't help me.

All my resume would do is make you think I'm only saying the things I'm saying to recruit you, so by being anonymous I can give advice freely without someone thinking I'm doing it with an underlying reason or motive.

I think this is what you don't understand. There are agents and agency owners that truly want to help but by telling everyone who they are all of a sudden the motive seems to change in the thinking of the agents they are giving the advice to, like it or not that's human nature.

haven't you heard,I am here to help and have been since I joined by bringing people personal production up to what they thought was not real for them and others. 98% of people here don't talk trash about someone behind a ghost name that's only a handful of you all. That speaks to me about the character of the person who's advise I take...If people are going to trash someone at least be a man and say who you are. just my opinion
