Final Expense IMO's for a Beginner

Have you thought about Newtering Fex? :twitchy:

Sounds like you've pretty much gone your own way anyway.
They won't release him until his debt is clear that includes the advance, ( that's what agents don't understand when it comes to the release) they "might" do it on a reciprocal basis but they won't want to because they would be losing a big producer. This is what most agents don't understand .

No sir, I can go wherever I want I choose to be where I am because I can give better contracts than most.

Your all basically wrong. Work effort and attitude. Give a guy 25 DM per (or any lead) week, have them master almost any presentation and they will make it, because of hard work and attitude. FE is not hard at all, it's about leads, work effort and attitude, in that order. Most agents are lazy lazy lazy.

I have sales people (pre closers) in Mexico that all they do is follow the script word for word and they "sell" 22 minutes later I get a transfer and grab social and banking, easy as a hooker in LA, they key is follow the system and directions and actually work and actually try.

YES a good sales guy "could" and should sell more but most are lazy and stop after 3 or 4 sales.

Being a good sales person only equates to about 20% of this job the other 80% is purely hard work that is why I disagree with some of the numbers certain people are throwing out, furthermore those who close super hard generally have a higher cancellation rate which means at the end of the day they're not really any better than anyone else, There is more than enough analytics to prove this.

Lastly I would take a guy who has a good work ethic and attitude over a guy who thinks he's a good sales person any day.

Just my humble opinion from a ghost.
Are you a producer yourself? How much personal production have you shown?

My opinion he should not have all his eggs in one basket with such a small and volitle operation. Spread your wings all over the place or go with a real IMO. His future is dependent on FEX, cmon that's a bad business decision. Just my opinion.

So you're saying my setup is not good? Am I the only one that has the kind of setup that I have or do other people have my set up with other Imo's in are still successful agencies?

First you've proven nothing except your ego. Your up line telling everyone your producer proves nothing they have a vested interest, your partners and buddies saying you're a producer also proves nothing, a dude who saw a spreadsheet also proves nothing, the only thing that has been shown as proof only proves you're on track to do about 160 grand this year.

Your lack of knowledge on how this business works as an agency owner has also been proven in your comments.

I'm honestly only trying to help. You can take it with a grain of salt, you can tell me to F off or take it as someone who's trying to actually help and give you a different perspective.

My resume is your irrelevant.

Wow! You give better contracts? Bro I'm sorry but your gonna learn the hard way. Your "better" contract have zero to do with FEX releasing you etc.
To be clear, I mean better contracts for starting agent than what others offer, that said.
I am perfectly confident and comfortable in my IMO I have no reason to want to go anywhere, should that day ever arise, I will be sure to seek my advice from someone (no offense) that I can call by name.

TT audio presentation video, when I first started 3 years ago.

starting this year FEX is our upline only. we are not involved in any other things that come with.
In CFC's we our own group chat our own leaderboard our own calls and our own training etc.
I assume this is because FEX doesn't want to give the impression of "building" in their own group chat.

Most of the agents that are doing what you've done and are doing have left their current up line and Are going to real companies that offer real opportunity because they all saw the light at some point. Wouldn't you agree you've outgrown FEX but at the end of the day they still will control everything, the bigger you get the harder it will be to step away.

Do the math if you're only doing a couple million per year 5% doesn't mean much but what if your agency starts doing 10 million 20 million, a year what is that extra 5% mean to you Or 10%

By then it will be too late and you will be locked into them for a long period of time that is my original point.

And is my name more valuable then Travis's name you know his name you know what he's going through so he's more worthy because you know his name do you know how he broke away from the other companies he used to work with do you know his backstory, or do you just know what you've been told, Buy those very people who profit from you .
