And we throw many leads away due to DE or not meeting health criteria for our one carrier.
Why not work out a joint agreement with another agency to take the leads you don't work? Surely someone would take them at a discounted price which would be better than getting nothing out of them.

We've always been very protective of our property. We make everyone sign noncompetes, we own the lead system (and dont charge for leads), and we really dont want just anyone "getting into our business". However, in the very near future, their will be an agency built (by someone I trust and respect) for independent telesales agents that will be working these leads. But we've gone almost 7 years of just throwing the leads away, before we met and worked with this IMO.

when i got off tv leads and moved to a different source my CPA went from 140 to below 80... i couldn't make it work with the higher CPA... but i am removed from the telesales market now but i still dream about it at times...

Why else is he so broken up about it all? Here they were holding out on him the entire time about the secret to real success.
