Nope, had the answer in a few minutes. This was definitely one of those situations where the old "ask your upline" was way more efficient than doing it yourself.

For the near term I would urge anyone working with 5 Star to leverage your upline for things like an underwriting question like this. Odds are we either already know the answer or we can get the answer fairly quickly. At some point they'll get their hold times fixed but for now this will save everyone some headaches.
