OK, I see the intro price of $3.45 per month, including free domain name (sounds like a great deal). Any idea how long they guarantee that price?

I have used Go Daddy Web Site Tonite. It is a good platform and easy to use. The temptation once you are there is to load your site down with stuff. Remember the old adadge, "less is more" don't put so much stuff on the site it looks cluttered or you could hurt yourself.

Currently, I am using Wordpress.com. It allows me to both set up a blog with changing information and keep a static sidebar and extra pages like a web site.

The best thing is that I can use the same URL for my blog that I did for my Web Site Tonite and my only cost is the URL.

My recommendation is for you to use the Web Site Tonite for one year and learn how to build a web site and just renew the URL next year and save the money you spend by using Wordpress.com

AnMarie thanks for your input please elaborate on the snippet thing obviously I dont understand it. This was my first time ever building a site and I will take a look at making the changes you suggested.
as I stated before anyones comments and/or critiques are welcomed.

This explains Google Snippets - turborater.com/blog/ever_googled_your_insurance_agency_name.aspx

AnMarie, thx for the info on the link. FWIW, I also visited your home page.

I hate the talking ads that start up when I hit a site. These are extremely annoying. If I want someone to tell me what is on the site I am willing to click a link.

I thought turborater sounds familiar... That's the company who's overpriced websites we replaced for Joseph D...

Wait until he gets back in town tomorrow, you're going to be impressed when you see what we came up with as I'm hoping he'll come back here and brag. :1wink:

That's very quick response to the work you have done. Surprised I have not heard from him.
