That's true about the leads. The people are being deceived somewhat but not really. If they're so angry why do they sit on the phone with a transfer agent chit chatting with them then harassing an agent. When they get to the agent they get mean and hostile so rude. there's no reason to display such animosity or disrespect towards a kind human being. The elderly I talk to are just intentionally malicious exceptionally rude on purpose and literally want to fight you. I just had several people talk down to me one old man get irate comparing me to the transfer agent rudely saying they were loud and clear and I'm whispering. I sound good and am articulate and Project well and speak nicely. it's pretty awful to encounter this much nastiness and abuse. I'm not the only one who says this many people who deal with older people have talked about how rude and mean they are and Some people write about it.

If I can't hear someone I'm respectful about it but even if it's faint I can hear them and don't harass them. These idiots are mad crazy people. they begin criticizing u in the most obnoxious way possible. They want to insult you or ask u to repeat yourself 400 times. they purposely do this just to bring you down the ones who do. Some just harass u rudely and hang up u reject u. By the time they're done with me I'm a confused wreck. They no joke want to ruin your esteem or bring u down. One lady said "u sound really sweet" in a condescending way and proceeded to put me down. I even had a younger person harass me but even someone yelling at you is bearable. The old people they are malicious in a different way. They want to be very mean and abusive. is there a purpose to this level of drama and hate. Very sick people for sure. One lady made me repeat myself 15 times and heard me fine. She just didn't want to treat me like a human being who knows why. Yes they're old people but they can behave like extreme predators and it's really weird and so crazy. And so many of them are just out there rude crazy. I even transferred one person to an agent and she was flipping out saying he was so rude. The people in their 40s and 50s are not like this.

Just here venting. I'm in shock. The level of rudeness and disrespect these people have is unheard of. I didn't know anyone could be this rude.

I'm convinced this Jennifer person is just a troll. If not, she certainly has no business selling insurance to people on Medicare...

Or at the call center, she works at using subpar marketing with bad sound phone system and dialer causing connection and hearing issues " I can't hear you or understand what you are saying'" How often do you hear that, I only did one time when my phone system was having issues for about a day or so till it was fixed

She needs to recognize they are upset because of issues on the companies side IE marketing and phone system issues
