Wait two weeks?
I tried calling the marketplace yesterday with a client and was hung up on after 30 minutes on hold. We were waiting, heard a click and then it went straight to the survey (which we said yes to). The cynical side of me says they are doing that on purpose because it makes their average call time go down. So don't count on that option.

I am getting 2-3 hour turnaround on the emails to that address. Which I find quite reasonable during OEP. (I've got an 11/1 SEP issue)

Maybe I've inadvertently lengthened that turnaround time by posting the address here in the forum? Well,..if Health Sherpa continues to reduce glitches, that won't be the case.
Maybe some HS pros can answer my question.
If I know going in that I want to put the husband on lets say Humana Silver, and the wife on Humana Bronze (for whatever reason)...it appears that HS is one plan per family. I use HC.gov to split them into groups and do it that way....so I have every person on a different plan if I choose....and it works like a champ.
Any input appreciated? Still too timid to even try my first HS ap..since I have no idea what will happen in terms of getting eligibility letters, paying for the plan, follow ups, etc
I do not have the volume that forces me to use HS, but I would like to play with it in certain situations where I know there should be no surprises. I do hate spending 20 minutes on HC.gov inputting data...
