so, theoretically, if the pending Sherpa apps are not completed (can look them up to see through access button on another client), they can be deleted, right? And start over with a new one?

Received email 30min ago that my client did self enroll on HS and its still in yellow. so it's not really working today.

So how many of you are going to be using HS next year? I have a couple of apps still in the "submitted" stage. The ONLY reason I went back and gave them a try was because of the "5 minute" app process and the client can do it themselves. I sent the link to some clients and they self enrolled. Now it's looking like we're going to have to complete a new app because they aren't showing up on hc.gov.

I think it goes in and out. I was going in just fine, now all the sudden I am getting the green circle of death.

Just resubmitted one that was hanging in HS through ACA Express....confirmation email came back with an App ID in all of about 45 seconds.

Kenny replied to my PM's this morning in a super fast manner and got me set up and running, on the last day of Open Enrollment no less.

ACAExpress is definitely going to get my business from here on out.
