Health Sherpa 2016 Open Enrollment

Umm, sorry? I think you know what I was referring to. Last day of OE for 1/1/16 effective date.

Unless there's a miracle in the next hour, I'm cancelling the H.Sherpa apps that have been pending since yesterday, and re-entering them with whatever method is working best at that moment.

Signed up with ACA Express last night, got a few apps to go through very quickly which was great. This morning I submitted one that's still pending- it's only been about 20 minutes but it has me worried since I got approvals so quickly last night...

Meanwhile, has a few clients use my Sherpa link to enroll around midnight last night and apps went through! So strange. Tried to re-submit some apps through Sherpa this morning, no approval. The madness!

Apparently it was just that one app because the rest of my ACA express enrollments are flying through this morning! Thank you ACA express!
 
latest update. Got email from carrier that CMS sent them the form that we as agents can fill out with names of our pending biz(including WebBrokers) and send it back to CMS by 12.22 to extend the deadline.

however, details are confusing. and may require consumer calling HC.gov to finish enrollment.
 
So confused, existing client on the HS dashboard - hit access, went thru process all the way through getting eligibility letter. Kick back to HS - need to select plan but then it looks like I have to enter all the client info again and can't tie it to existing client info? I didn't see a way to first get the quote and then select the client already on the dashboard.

As it stands, I put in all client info again and it created a new duplicate of that applicant as submitted (of course, pending).

So question is - if everything was working as it should, did I do this process correctly?

Is anybody able to get through on hc.gov through the redirect? I keep getting the Health care is right around the corner message. Can't get a log in screen.

I got an immediate login through a carrier redirect. Could have just been a coincidence though that it was available the exact second I was logging in. Have not been able to with Sherpa since 11 pm last night.

You have to sit there with that screen and wait, eventually the login screen should magically appear.
