Just an update on my end. I am eastern time. I got here at 730 am. Resumited 5 through H Sherpa. 3 went through quickly. Then nothing. So I went to BSBS to submit on myself. Then I got the goofy healthcare.gov thing to email me back BS. So I am thinking healthcare.gov just cant keep up. HS has been great. Just my thoughts. Hope healthcare.gov re-opens for business.

Health Sherpa needs to get on the stick and tell us if these pending apps will have 1/1/2016 effective dates if submitted through midnight today.

ACAExpress is kicking tail. I had one earlier that normally gets hung up because he's not a citizen, but with a naturalization certificate. I got my confirmation back from ACA Express in about 30 seconds on that one.
That's the only thing keeping me from hanging a "Closed" sign on my door and going out back with a 6-pack.

Have you PM'd Kenny on here? I had an error this morning getting signed up (it was because I already had an account from last year but never used it). He PM'd me back within about 30 minutes and had me up and running.
I love(d) HS, but their agent support is awful. Free enrollments aren't worth it if they aren't going through. I'm happily sending Kenny some money this morning.
Now my only problem is finding a way into healthcare.gov's broker system so I can delete any applications that were created by HS. Still trying to figure that out.

Yes, I forgot about that- with HS it is not prepopulting. I was however to get a UHC sale through last night via the UHC Broker portal and my user name did prepopulate in that case.
Same here. I can't get in. I'll wait and the page will refresh, but when I try to log in with my prepopulated username/ and pw it gives me an error message and won't let me in.
I had this problem back when HS went to the double redirect method for a while. Those "Access" buttons didn't work, so I would just go back and use one of the old access buttons and was able to get in. Now I can't either way.

I now have 3 completed apps showing in ACA Express...just an FYI
I have used eBroker some over the last few weeks. Having the same log in issues with them as with HS. But at least the apps are being completed once you get through hc.gov on the redirect through eBroker. I'm having people who I sent the HS link to over the past week or so finally start their application and we get the yellow bar once it is submitted. Sherpa is worthless at this point.
