Health Sherpa 2016 Open Enrollment

EXACTLY...Sherpa needs to tell us what is going on with our current PENDING applications as they relate to the 2 day extension....Where is NING

I did a few apps after I switched over to ACA express today too. I'm so thankfully that Kenny and ACA were running smoothly.
I will say though, I enjoy HS' layout better and being able to compare plans side to side. I found myself emailing quotes from HS to clients and telling them not to hit enroll and then enrolling from ACA.
If you guys could make that function available Kenny, I don't see any reason to ever go back to HS

Allen, why did you send me another email telling me to pay my premium when you told me to ignore the first email?

This makes no sense.
he is not aware of it? Lack of internal com may be why so much flux in sherpa this year. Bigger team but no organization

Allow me to clarify - HealthSherpa agent enrollments will continue being free, including for apps effective 2/1/2016.

For apps effective 1/1/2016, we're doing everything that's within our power (and believe all major WBEs are on the same boat). Don't have anything new to report beyond Ning's last post here.

Wish I could offer more.

All due respect here...you and your team left us hanging high and dry on a very important enrollment date. No communication, no support, no direct agent reach out...yeah...SERVICE IS KING!

And you failed. Miserably I might add.

Sherpa has become disconnected with the independent agents that brought them to the point they were by 2016 open enrollment and has redirected its focus to its corporate partners and own internal sales force..of course they would want to support us and that aspect of the product less.....we are their competition.

As I had initially, I wonder about the data integrity of our clients. Is Sherpa just a huge lead acquisition system? I mean an enrollment system that still has one of the founders NPN attached to many enrollment apps vs. the original AOR? This seems to be an ongoing issue with Sherpa.

HS, you've lost me as a client and supporter.

You all know we've had our disagreements in the past but I've got to say that's a pretty good post. If I ever hear of some monkey business going on I'm on it!!!

Oh..I see why Health Sherpa is resending those "Make Your First Payment!" e-mails. Instead of telling my clients to call me, they're telling them to call their respective health insurer, with Insurer Name and Phone number included. That would be OK if the applicant knew what their policy number is.

HealthSherpa definitely reminds me of my teenage son. Ask him to stop playing profane music, and he just turns down the volume.

But, I hope HealthSherpa gets its act together. You miss the simplified interface, supporting documents, and other niceties, when using another WBE for the first time, like today.
