He knew EXACTLY who his up line was. He is a brand new agent and not only does he know, he has met pretty much the whole company and most of my top agents in person a few weeks back. We are as transparent as it gets.

The forward of the email I got shows 3 days ago. If you emailed that 8 days ago, that is too long to wait for sure (in a situation with no lead flow or no apps written). Jensen arrived here the 19th and that email was the 20th, so he was not actively working on emails. I personally apologize that it took 8 days, but I wish you would have called me or sent me a text.

I agreed with you that it was too long and I don't like excuses. Was just giving one possible reason that could have caused it. But all the emails I send and my website that you would go to had my number in big print at the top of each page. But again, this was our bad for sure, but you should be good now! I find that it strains credulity to think someone could be with EFES for six weeks and not know to reach out to Ben. If the OP were 30+ instead of 19, this would likely have resolved itself the way I am sure most of these situations are resolved - fairly quickly, and with no need to take it to the forum.

That's not a true statement. My success or my failures is on me as a business owner but my upline at EFES cares. He stays about a 2 hour drive away, let me ride in a car for a week doing ride alongs. He paid for my hotel at a EFES road show and will sit with me on my first week of leads and hasn't asked me for anything but hard work.

As far as getting in contact with people im inexperienced so I call and text a lot. I called jensing he answered the phone while he was on a appointment and asked was I in the home and after his appointment he called me right back.
