How long is a release supposed to take ?

That's not a true statement. My success or my failures is on me as a business owner but my upline at EFES cares. He stays about a 2 hour drive away, let me ride in a car for a week doing ride alongs. He paid for my hotel at a EFES road show and will sit with me on my first week of leads and hasn't asked me for anything but hard work.

As far as getting in contact with people im inexperienced so I call and text a lot. I called jensing he answered the phone while he was on a appointment and asked was I in the home and after his appointment he called me right back.
Then they like you haha that's good.

How is it going with sales?

Now I'm just confused.

I thought EFES started all agents at STREET.

Why would Rob say different?

Maybe he was on the discounted or free leads program.

Do you start everybody at street Doug?

Remember, we are all advertising online. I'm pretty sure there's a chance that we talk to the same people.

"Oh you talked to Doug? Yeah he's a great guy. How much did he offer you?"

Josh,

Last year there were threads and threads with EFES managers posting how anyone with a breath could get street from day one.

DID THIS CHANGE?

Hey you know how it is. I can give out whatever levels I want. So can other managers. I can't control what they give out, neither does Ben, just as Brad doesn't control what you, Dave or Matt gives out.

My agents start fairly high, 110-120% depending on the carrier, unless they're brand spanking new and they're going to require a lot of hand holding. And then I only drop it 5%.

I've certainly never offered 70-80% like I hear gets offered from some of the guys around here.

The lowest I'll ever go is 90%. And that's for an agent getting their fresh Direct Mail subsidized as low as $12 a pop.

That's all I was asking brother!

If you work half as hard as your manager Holden does, you'll be rising that leaderboard soon. You're definitely in good hands where you are. And 45 leads/week! Dude, you so got this ... the only thing left for you to do is to do it!
