How long should a new agent stay in an IMO that they think might be failing them

Well someone obviously has to put a stop to this. Who do you think is the person to do it??

Noone even talked about this AT ALL before Trump ran on it in his campaign.
If Trump is full of shit, who do you think cares enough to do anything about...the LIBS??? :policeman:

Trump Trump, he's our man....if he can't do it, nobody can!!!:jiggy::yes:

To completely solve the issue you would have to look at two things

1.why are they leaving their homes
2.what do they have when they get there

1. Violence and lack of opportunity. Entire communities destroyed by cartels battling over the rights to sell to the druggie gringos up north. Virtually no middle class. Corrupt politicians. Lack of Healthcare. Would they leave their homes if you remove these problems? Probably not.

2. Business stop hiring illegals.

Which option is easier to do? :/
It is not our place to solve those problems...It is up to them to stand up and create the kind of country they want.. My folks fought a war right here in my home county in 1946 because of a corrupt government.. Would have been much easier to move to Georgia.

But...but, that is hard. Coming to the US and living off entitlements is a lot easier than fighting for your rights in your own country.

They would rather come here and fight for rights that they don't have, than to stay home and fight for their own rights.

Kind of agree with you except for the "entitlement" part. Yes, there are some that are spongers but most that I know are hard workers..

Mexicans are not coming here to get on the system. They come for the same reasons all of our ancestors came: freedom from corrupt government & opportunity.

I live in Southern California where I am a minority as a white person. & I will be the first to say Mexicans (& other immigrants) are the hardest working people I've EVER seen.

We have a lot of pan handlers here & I have NEVER seen a Latino begging on the side of the road. Anytime I see a Latino at the side of the road they are selling something instead of asking for a hand out like other races do. & I have NEVER seen a person other than Latinos actually selling something on the side of the road.

Awhile back I went to a professional sports game in LA. There were tons of Latinos in the parking lot selling everything you can think of. Then LITERALLY right next to them there were people of other races begging for money.

During Trump's first week in office he issued an executive order aimed at non-citizens who have "abused any program related to receipt of public benefit."

Thus far, the stepped up enforcement has not yielded one case of an illegal immigrant receiving said public benefits. This, of course, is not surprising as illegal and unauthorized immigrants are already barred by law from receiving these benefits.

This may be difficult for for members of the insurance forums to believe, but welfare fraud of all types is almost all 100% committed by other members of the insurance forum native born Americans.

Many of us forget (or, likely, were never taught) how easy it was for our ancestors to immigrate to the USA (especially those who came pre-1924) compared to those who wish the same freedoms for themselves and their families today. If you could get here, answer a 29 question document translated into your native language(!) and pass what became known as the "six second medical exam," it was "welcome to America!"

FWIW, I am both pro-American and pro-Immigrant. If you love this country and believe, like Ronald Reagen did, that its best days lay before us and not behind us, then you should be too.

I am pro LEGAL immigrant...Whatever the rules are at the time is what those desiring to immigrant should abide by.. Also, even those that initial question was translated into thier native language. nothing else was.. I think that should still be the case.. If a person wants to move here, they should make an effort to assimilate and learn the language so that we do not have the communications problems that are now cropping up.

I guess I'm a little more tolerant of the immigrant's plight is all. I was four years old when my great-grandmother died. The last words she spoke to me (true story) as I tried to unplug the funny looking machine she was hooked up to at the hospital were "Nein! Das ist verboten!" She came here in 1927 from a part of Germany that had had been excised from Germany to form Czechoslovakia after World War One. She lived here nearly 50 years before passing, and did not learn enough English to carry on a conversation. My grandmother (her daughter) did not learn to speak Englsih until she went to public school. That was not very much different from current day experiences, and it probably always has been and always will be: The adult immigrant will often struggle to learn much if any of the English language, while the children will be fluent in both. I think the "well they should learn English" attitude is also likely common at all times, and will always be so.

Most of the "problems" with respect to immigration can be traced to our prejudices, imho.

Jesus would just open his arms and love them, so that is good enough for me. I try not to pass judgment, though I often fail.

I thought you might. But I would guess you don't think much of the rest of it, right Monkey?
Yep, that's why I couldn't give you a Like. I'm fine with legal immigration. It's illegal immigration that I have a problem with....and sanctuary cities and their mayors...and left wing Federal Judges...and judges who let convicted felons sneak out the back door of the courthouse, rather than turn them over to ICE, so they're free to rape and kill again...and Libs.
