As for your offer of 140%, I'm not the only one that saw it. And I'm far from the only one calling you out on it. In fact I'm not calling you out on it all. I told you before that I was laughing at you about it.

Why would you offer 140% contracts to your recruits, when you can just offer them All State, Primerica, and other captive agency products???

Lower contract and free leads is the best place to start. Are you brain dead?

Even if that were true, vastly better contracts than Howe. By far, that is the worst I have ever seen.

Well, this has been an interesting thread. I'm a new guy from Cincinnati as well looking to get into the FE business. I should have my license soon and I wanted to see what people thought about the IMOs. I actually talked with Ben yesterday and feel that he has his team's best interest at heart so I'll probably team up with him. Plus there's a guy near Columbus that is doing phenomenal and when I talked with him he offered a ride along anytime.

Any other Cincinnati-area agents in here? Just wondering how the market is. I'm looking forward to this new chapter of my life.
