Since I never watch movies (with the exception of old war movies on TV), I am more than a little slow on the uptake when it comes to pop culture references.

I got some inside info. I Was told that by giving the new agents 0 renewals, Securus will be able to hire another employee to sit in the executive conference room to answer the telephone...Not a bad trade off I guess.
