There's very little info in LLH's broker portal. You can see members active and cancelled - that's about it - not even pd to date info. Harken & Coventry pretty much the same.

Nothing like the massive amount of info we (used to) get in BCBSIL's

Actually it is not so bad. Yesterday I downloaded data from the portal, and I have there all invoices, paid or unpaid. Some downloads are giving clients data (including e-mail addresses), which is good for follow up communication.
 
Where did you find all that - I'm on it now - can't see anything like unpaid - which I could really use!

There's a vertical list of links on the left side of the Broker Portal. One of them is entitled "Invoices". You click that and can see which clients have/have-not paid their premiums. It' updated daily it seems...as monies arrive.

You click on a particular client's invoice number and see a lot more data on that client. I haven't done this for many months, but from recollection, what ARus says is correct.

Nothing special. For the first 2 years of LOLH's existence, the compensation portal was all there was.

I had to create a new Username/Password when the Benefits and Enrollment portal debuted in November 2015.

Back then, you could set up Usernames/Passwords by clicking on a link at the chosen portal's login page. Now it looks like you have to call LOLH to do this. Last time I called broker support (about 45 days ago) there was no wait-time. Hopefully you'll not have to wait either, Steven. Good luck!

They helped me get in - we'll see if the client PW still works, had to make a new for the comm's link

Excellent! I'm glad you are now able to get into the original LOLH portal. That second one has been pretty much worthless since Open Enrollment ended. I think it was just the contractor trying to make a quick buck by throwing something together. It wasn't even connected to the FFM agent portal like LOLH was told it would be (by the contractor).
 
Not sure if this news is old or new. I spoke with LLH today about Mar and April commissions. March commission should be out the end of this week. April should be out the end of May.

Only Jan and Feb commission have been paid out thus far. They also mentioned they are again having technical issues reflecting the commission section with the Producer Portal. My login shows nothing concerning commission statements for the month 2016. They did mention that they would email anyone commission statements if they need them for Jan or Feb.

By the time they correct all the issues they are having they will more than likely be out of business anyway.
