How did you like the Peter Walker interview ? Will you endorse his opinions ? Do you think your business plan applies to everyone except for JD ? Are you being completely realistic about the work schedule you describe ? What if you don't feel good ? What if the car breaks down ? What if the baby gets sick ? Lot of things can throw you off, right ? How many things in life have worked out exactly as you were told ? Tell me something,if an agent in your downline spends $930 a week for 30 leads, writes 4k a week on your contracts, how much do you put in your pocket from that block of business, less 20% for charge backs ?
I thought Peter sounds like a really sharp guy. I'm pretty sure he is going to do well from what I heard there. I didn't see any conflicting opinions. I think agents should learn to set their own appointments first before they hire an appointment setter. He may not agree with that. But I don't think I've ever met anyone with 100% the same opinions as me.
If you don't feel good. Broke= work anyway. Rich= do whatever you want to do. Same with any business
Car breaks down? Baby sick? What are you going to do? Go on welfare. I was a single parent from the time my son was 1-year old until I remarried 5-years later. **** happens. You have to prepare for it.
Life as planned? Make good decisions and build emergency funds and it goes pretty well. Sounds like you could listen to a little Dave Ramsey.
If an agent in my downline paid me $930 per week for 30 leads (outside of Florida) I wouldn't care about over rides because I would be making $5 per lead. Multiply that by 2,500 leads per week $12,500 X 50 weeks per year $625,000 and pretty soon that would be some nice income. But we sell them 30 leads for $780 and we do make over rides. If the agent sells Oxford he gets 120% and we make 120%. That's 50/50. That's fair isn't it?
Has Crane taken over your account?
