I think you're confusing ROI with a different metric but that's aaaight.
Not if it means you are neglecting other things where your family is concerned.. I look back now and really wish I had not put in as many hours as I did when my family was young..

I ahve seen the conversation come up time and time again about how much overwrite does this or that person makes off their agents. To quote Hillary Clinton, "What difference does it make?".. If I have a 110% contract and that is as much as I can get anywhere else, I don't care if my upline get 200%.. He or she is not operating a charitable institution and is in business to make money.. My though is I hope they makes lots of it because that means they will be around for a long time... Hopefully as long as I since I hate change once I get comfortable working with someone.
On the other hand, if I want to make the same as they make, then I need to do what they do. I need to start my own babysitting service (IMO, MGA, etc)..As for me, been that done that, don't want to do it again.

Well I guess I assume that old and new agents alike know that we are not a charity.
I can't speak for Peter Walker or anyone else but myself but I would be surprised if they thought I was one of the people putting negativity on the forum. I'm pretty positive by nature.
