I wasnt in LA last Sat, my primary area is 50mi east of LA on the SB/LA county border....I AM in LA this weekend tho, Im here for 4 days every other week. I dont think Rick likes me, I dont cuss & made crude humor every post, lol!!

I drove down last Saturday for an appointment. Four hours, one way. Area was Exposition and Normandine.

I do it by phone if I can.

U drove 8hrs for 1 deal....man I can save u the $100-150 u spend on gas! Just pass me the deal for 1/3 the commish!

Current client that I have a couple deals already with. She has also referral a few. So I did not mind doing it in person. The $310 premium also helped offset the cost.

A 1/3 sounds fair. We may need to talk.

BTW, that $310 was monthly. Not annual.

You couldve had that SAME DEAL without 8hrs 10-11hrs of ya time, couldve avoided Rick (biggest plus), saved $100-150 in gas ANNNDDD still had a $210/mo payday!! You need to let me be ya LA go to man, man!!
