Effective July 1, 2020 Liberty Bankers Life/The Capitol Life Insurance Company will no longer accept new applications for the Flex4Life product (Ages 18-80 only).

LBIG will be restructuring the product and UW platform to make this excellent whole life plan easier to sell and issue for our agents and their clients. Please excuse this inconvenience for a short period of time and rest assured this product will be back stronget than ever to give your healthy clients an excellent alternative to costly final expense plans. Our target date is to have F4L ready to market again later this year.

They're coming out with an instant decision e app soon.

They sent an email out a little while ago that effective tomorrow, there's an improved paperless app telephone interview. Drastically reduced hold time and shorter interview, uw questions and decisions earlier, replacement forms voice signed and Spanish speaking interviewers will be available.

And this is just the beginning! Much more innovation coming in the next few weeks.

Did the new POSTI today. Just as bad or worse than before. F,40,NT,Standard......due to epilepsy.
Call time 29 minutes,No Decision...referred to UW.

1. Terrible.....I'm passing the phone back and forth to the client to give them requested information

2. They ask what medications the client is on,"how do you spell that" and "why are you taking that" including meds that do not apply to the application like simvastatin,atoravastatin......ridiculous,especially when it's 95 degrees in the house.

3. Pauses with silence leaving you to wonder,did the call disconnect?

Did an RNA afterwards...22 minutes,still a bit long but much smoother.
