I was hoping to share this video with a client to ease some anxiety, but this great government video forgot to mention losing current coverage qualifies for SEP.

Section (d) is the 9 SEP's, the first one is loss of coverage.

I hope seeing the text of the law clearly indicating that loss is an SEP will help your client's anxiety.
