Lincoln Heritage, SR. Life, EFES, Securus

Its impossible to compare co's and imo's. What if securus picked up sr life?. Wouldn't that make them worse because they offer St life and cut the commissions.

What if efes offered lh. Would you look down on them because they offered a company that agents considered high priced.

All imos would offer both companies if they could get good contracts. Both companies gave very competitive contracts for imos.

LH has an A rating. And more than a few managers make good money. I would go as far to say all their managers make great money.

You are right, I was thinking of the spin off turds SL from LH. LH still has nothing to offer the agent but overpriced products and lousy contracts. There is nothing but some training that will be beneficial for an agent at LH...nothing more....The fact that you are a manager means you are biased...so enough said!

The fact that I am a manager should mean I have first hand knowledge of how much a manager could make with them. I never said anything about agents.

So if an agent wants to build an agency then there is nothing LH could offer? That is not true because LH has great contracts for those managers and a great recruiting campaign. If they had nothing to offer then how are they still in business?

Its amazing the amount of incorrect info that's posted on this forum.

This seems to be contradictory...... :skeptical:

Sorry I'm a space cadet!! Sometimes I don't complete my thoughts.

I was making the point that both EFES and Securus could offer senior life and Lincoln heritage if they wanted to. Along with their other companies. And that its probably not too far out because LH and Senior life have outstanding contracts at the IMO level. Very temping at that level.

They could offer if it were a demand for them...but there isnt much (if any) of that. What could SL & LH offer that EFES & Securus dont already have with their current carriers?

Probably ridiculously high contracts and renewals. But l assume they would want a certain amount of biz. Which the imo's might not want to give to them.

To be honest... even with all the defending I do for LH and the amount of love I have for them. I still consider my true company to be the IMO I work for golden memorial insurance services. They are the reason I made it in this business.

Yes, decent contracts for managers and nothing else, that's if you have been with them for 2+ years and own a pay through healthy enough account. If you are drained out and trapped with LH, this may be the only option for you. If shoving overpriced, mostly older DM leads and overpriced TV leads down agents throats, and giving them a pep talk and contracts below par with everyone else, is what you call good business, then I guess its what a manager should do with LH. Believe in it, and so will the agents...as they believe they are giving the client a good deal.

I believe LH to good for the manager that make money off the backs of the unknowing new agents.

It's churn and burn. SL seems to be the same way sine the only people you ever see defending SL are the managers.

what do u consider churn and burn? I hired 23 agents last year and 16 are still with me. Would you consider that churning and burning? The majority of the agents I work with are happy and making money.
