what do u consider churn and burn? I hired 23 agents last year and 16 are still with me. Would you consider that churning and burning? The majority of the agents I work with are happy and making money.

Dude, you must have a lot of time on your hands because there is absolutely nothing you can say on here to sway these folks opinions. Even though I agree and disagree about 50/50 with what you say....you're wasting your time trying.

Well I'm home sick today and I'm still a young pup! I guess time is on my side. Eventually I'll win if I out live these old timers. :)

You must have retention with LH? There are aberations in every field. Doesn't make it less of an aberation.

Just curious, of the 7 agents that did not make it with you what type of debt did they leave with? This is not a poke at LH just curious.

I was reading a thread today and without quoting you word for word you stated somewhat that an agent's chargebacks are 100% his doing and has nothing to do with the product or company he is selling. Did I misinterpret your post or do you really believe that?

Did you not hear the news today? 72 is the new 30.. You have a long time to wait... I won't be 30 for another 4 years.. :D

No not a requirement ..... but recommended!!! The requirements are similar to that of a US Congressman :)

Ouch! Now that really lowers the quality of this thread bringing in that group of overpaid underperforming leeches. :)

In total it was about 13k. So I guess the average would be less that 2k per person. But that's not really accurate. 75% of that was from just 2 of them.

Dishonest, greedy, lazy, self serving, ignores the people they are supposed to represent, etc?

Why what ever could you mean? :). I was commenting on the qualities of integrity, selflessness, and willingness to go above and beyond the normal duties that our great US congressman share. ;)

And before you ask no I do not hold any political positions.....yet

I would say anyone who hired 23 agents and kept 16 is doing fantastic or is an aberration. If you can do that consistently or anywhere near it on a consistent basis, you must be doing something right.

I assume the 16 are doing better than just ramen noodles every night with PB&J for a treat on Saturday?

The 16 are doing well lol. I do my recruiting a little different. Most of the agents I have were referred by a current agent. I don't run very many adds or do mass recruiting so my retention seems to be a little higher because of the words of mouth referrals.

The problem isn't my retention its the volume. Recruiting the way I do is a slow process and most agents don't have a life license when I first talk to them. The trick is trying to keep the retention and increase the volume.

Something I haven't quite figured out just yet :)
