Looking for Niche Product

If someone has carved out a niche, why would they give it up for free? That is why you are getting BS responses. Do your own research and find a profitable niche. When you hit on one that works, I'm sure you won't come running back here to announce it.

I spent the last 3 years in the mortgage business learning reverse mortgages and helping others as I learned. Heres my thread from a mortgage forum...(cant post a link cause it's against the rules of this forum)...it's 32 pages long and about 1500 posts...If you ever want some knowledge on reverse mortgages let me know and I'd be glad to share it with you...even marketing stuff. All the top producers on that thread contributed and helped a lot of people along the way. Thought maybe it would work the same way over here too.

I don't know if you noticed, but not all the answer were bs answers...there were some good ones there.

No ones reinventing the wheel here, some niche someone is carving out is way more a matter of their diligence and hard work, than it is due to some amazing product they have created or discovered.

I'm not afraid of hard work...just want to make sure I'm working hard at the right thing.
