I have a question how can I get my TV commercial approved by CMS?

The best thing to do is pick one of your carriers, like UHC, and ask them how to send it to CMS. They will probably have to do it for you.

Thanks. Yeah I got in contact with CMS and they told me the exact same thing I will have to get in contact with my carrier or in my case my IMO to get a commercial approved thanks for everyone that reply to my post

You don't need to get anything approved unless you are discussing carrier specific benefits or plans . . .
