I'm tellin ya, we are opening a can of woop arse by pulling this out of the MLR. We know they met the MLR with a 10% /5% commission arrangement. Why tinker with things.

Check out the one comment where some guy says exchanges will replace brokers like ATMs replaced bank tellers. Last time I checked, there is still lots of brick and mortar banks where I live.

I wonder if the MLR rule will be taken out of the ACA if Romney wins? He's been showing signs of liking Obamacare more and more over the past 2 weeks. Today, he even said that it was a compliment when he's labeled as the "Grandfather of Obamacare".

Personally, I don't believe 100% of what Obama says and maybe 30% of Romney.
