For the 1000th time if you fill out a marketing opt out form then you prevent that problem. I would dare to say I’ve probably sold a minimum of 50 living promise cases and not had a single occurrence of what you describe.

But if they want indie agents to write for them, they shouldn’t be doing that at all. Why should I have to fill out a special form to keep them from raiding my book?

True, but they sell plenty of LP, TLE, etc without it being a serious issue.

1) Yes and No it has to be signed twice

3) Yes but other have said they have been approved via e-app and than later declined

4) Wrote an 5k AP app got instant approve, check in my account the next day.

Slowest eapp I have used! Still can do it in 15-20 mins if your connection is decent. Prosperity is my favorite eapp so far.

Is it instant approve lol? I did the apptical process last time and i never wrote them again.
