Would having multiple websites with key words in the web address be beneficial? As an example:
1. orlandofloridainsurance.com
2. browardcountyinsurance.com
3. cocoabeachinsurance.com
and so on and so on..
It is always better to have keywords that represent popular search terms in your domain name.
If you really want to get on top of it:
1. When looking for a solid domain name for your business, do a search to find what the most popular search terms are for what you offer.
2. Plug these terms into Google to find out how many "competing results" each term has. Look for popular search terms (decent monthly search frequency) with 1 to 2 million competing results.
3. Once you find a search term that offers a good mix of search popularity and has somewhat limited competition, pick this domain name and base much of your subsequent (or at least preliminary) SEO strategy around it.
This is how you determine what SEO battles you can win.
