I appreciate the information, however I will say my opinion is the in a large sample the agents ROI will be lower with the Ehealth link for the same reasons mentioned:

-Lower contact rate
-Already applied
-Views cheap plans

Basically the lead goes to "THE HOUSE" and multiple agents. Interesting concept. Maybe I will play with it in one state and see what the agent feedback is as an experiment.
