My First Batch of TM Leads. Questions on Best Practices

I think the most effective process is calling for an appointment. If they won't pick up the phone, go see 'em.

I got brainwashed early on that phoning leads was burning leads, so I am a door knocker.:1confused:But arriving to a pre-set appointment makes for more favorable business conditions all around. That's what fascinates me about TM leads (admittedly never bought any). I mean they already picked up the phone once and said yes, right?

More favorable conditions on an appointment is definitely true. However, because I am a knocker I am much more comfy sitting with folks that didn't expect me. Kinda weird but that's how it is.
I do take a,little more time listening and letting them drift when I door knock. But once I get into it, it's on. Unless I see they are shying away. Then drift some more and try again.
