Only if you're an insurance carrier. That's one of the reasons the smaller companies like KSKJ and Trinity don't want anything to do with us.

For a FL non Res license, you do have to do go through Florida's background check and get yer fingerprints done.

I looked on line and I see the $6.00 per county only applies to non residents who "physically" do business in Florida.. Residents and teleagents do not have to pay it.

At the end of which the agent is told he's allowed to submit the application, but not whether it will be approved. Seems unnecessary and not helpful.
