Ok 50 leads x $30 = $1500 4.69 sales @ $450 = $2114. Gross profit before charge backs, gas ect. $614 a week.

Not great....but not bad

I would be willing to bet your lead cost is more than $30 for tv leads.

50 door knocks is not 50 leads......its more like 15 leads a week, 60 per month

1 in 10.64 door-knocks is 20.34 sales per month, avg advance of $324 = $6592/month, plus pool and renewals.

Uhhh 20.34 sales come from 208.28 door knocks not 60. Are you saying you door knock each lead 3.47 times each for a total of 208.28 knocks?

216/10.64 is 20.34 closes avg per month

Be a "process guy" and the income takes care of itself

this week, for instance, I closed 8 deals on 50 door knocks

last week it was 3 closes out of 50

week before it was 4 out of 50, etc.

Ok so I was right, you knock each lead 3.47 times on average. Some just once, others maybe 7 times or more.
 
Thats right, I just maintain the discipline......and it can be tough to do with other things I have going on, as I am sure you do as well.

Here's the thing your first month you could only knock 60 your second month would be a little more say 80 then the 3rd month 100 you would have to do this a while before you could get 216 knocks a month ...you know.

There's no reason you can't knock 50/week, unless you cannot afford to buy leads.

I got my methodology from a mentor who told me once "if you aren't in the field asking 10 people a day to buy, you're fooling yourself and you will not make it"............its hard, in FE, to ask 10 per day to buy unless you are in a group setting because they won't all be home, but the premise is the same.

I agree with all of that except for 200 leads your first month....who in the heck has that kind of money? 200 x $30 = $5000 and we know from what you told us that = $6592 Kinda tough to tell somebody to invest that much to maybe make a grand for a month before gas ect.

You're not following me.

The most leads I've bought in any one month this year is 66.

Its 50 door knocks per week, 10 day..........some of these folks will not be home, some days you'll just hit 4 or 5 leads 3-4 times, etc., just manage your flow.....but its not 200 leads per month....its 50 knocks per week and 60+- leads per month.
