Here's (humbly) what works for me:
TV leads
50 door-knocks of responders per week
a ratio (year to date) of 1:10.64 door-knocks is a close
I follow they WYBO methodology...........I can assure you I am no Top Gun salesman
Ok 50 leads x $30 = $1500 4.69 sales @ $450 = $2114. Gross profit before charge backs, gas ect. $614 a week.
Not great....but not bad
I would be willing to bet your lead cost is more than $30 for tv leads.
